About Robert R. Thomas

Robert R. Thomas, Esq. –  Education:  Swarthmore College
(B.A., 1981) and New England School of Law (J.D., 1996).  
After graduating from law school, Mr. Thomas worked on the
implementation and settlement phases of two Federal Class
Action insurance lawsuits.  Mr. Thomas successfully
managed an arbitration appeal process for over 1,100
individual claimants in the final phase of an insurance Class
Action lawsuit.

Since moving to private practice in 2002, Mr. Thomas has
counseled and represented individuals and businesses in
the Massachusetts and New Hampshire State courts and
at administrative agency hearings; he concentrates in bankruptcy,
employment law, consumer protection, and real estate.  
Mr. Thomas also practices in other areas such as
estate planning, zoning, appeals, and business law.   

Mr. Thomas is married and lives in Andover, Massachusetts.  
He is a Boston Bar Association member, and is affiliated with
the Volunteer Lawyers Project in Boston.  In addition, Mr. Thomas
is a Member of the Board of Directors of Greater Lawrence
Habitat for Humanity, Inc.
